Chief Executive Officer
Raheela Narchoor is the multi-award-winning founder of the Centre for Human Development, London (CHD London). Raheela has 15 years of experience in corporate, legal and non-profit sectors and is based in London.
Raheela Narchoor is a visionary leader at the forefront of education, legal innovation, and community transformation. As the founder of CHD London, Raheela has created a nationally recognised platform that blends legal-tech, HR upskilling, immigration compliance, and entrepreneurship training—empowering hundreds of entrepreneurs and legal professionals to thrive in a changing economy.
Raheela was awarded by the Mayor of London for her educational and entrepreneurial initiatives for Londoners. Her achievements also include the creation of a project that was selected as one of the best models by UnLtd for tackling mental health and legal issues.
Raheela was granted the International Ford Foundation Fellowship to pursue a Master’s of Law at Indiana University, Bloomington, United States. She has worked with noble laurates such as Mohammad Yonis and Kailash Satyarthi.
Raheela has worked with renowned organisations such as the United Nations and Amnesty International.

Nigel Ellis-Goodwin
Board Adviser
Nigel is a proven leader in Enterprise Customer Success, CX and Delivery with over 20 years spent in the SaaS, EdTech, ERP and HRTech arena.
Nigel has a strong background in building teams from the ground up in both fast-growing pre-IPO environments as well as larger, well-established global organisations.
Comfortable managing 9-figure renewal and expansion revenue streams across both Enterprise and SME markets, Nigel is adept at working across national boundaries and diverse cultures to drive demand through best-in-class Customer Success and post-sales Operations.
At CHD London, Nigel advises the board on expanding the offerings.

Darren Bigwood

With over 17 years’ experience in client success, strategic growth, and relationship management, Darren has spent his career helping organisations build trust, retain clients, and scale with purpose. His background lies predominantly in the financial sector, where he has developed and led high-impact engagement strategies, aligned commercial and client outcomes, and nurtured partnerships that deliver real, long-term value.
Darren has worked closely with international UHNW individuals and C-suite stakeholders, giving me a unique perspective on the power of precision, discretion, and deep listening in relationship-led businesses. From advising startups on how to create scalable client retention models, to working with established firms on operational alignment, my focus is always on sustainable, client-centred growth.
At CHD London, Darren supports the strategic growth and operational development.
His Key contributions include:
- Advising on sustainable funding models to support course accessibility, including third-party loan partnerships and in-house financing structures.
- Supporting audience development strategy across digital platforms, with a focus on optimising email outreach, social media, and referral programmes.
- Guiding strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory considerations related to service delivery.
- Providing independent insight and challenge to help shape long-term planning and impact measurement.

Ms. Alexandra Varga
Academic Adviser
Alexandra Varga is a distinguished legal professional with a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from London South Bank University. In 2017, she earned her IAA (OISC) Level 1 qualification while working at an international legal firm, deepening her passion for legal practice. At Oxford, she excelled as Mooting Coordinator, mentoring students in advocacy and legal reasoning. Currently, she lectures in EU law at London South Bank University and serves as a CHD tutor, delivering workshops and teaching across legal programmes. Alexandra’s expertise and dedication make her an influential figure in legal education and practice.

Anam Zeeshan
Immigration Adviser
Anam Zeeshan is a qualified Immigration Advisor regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. She has been working in the Immigration sector for nearly ten years. She is highly knowledgeable in the Immigration field with vast experience, dealing with various cases. Anam has an in-depth understanding on how to run an Immigration firm and on consistent, high- quality service and advice.

Lauren Holden
Partnerships Manager
Lauren Holden is Partnerships Manager and Student Recruitment Officer at CHD London. Lauren plays a dual role in driving strategic growth and fostering meaningful connections. With a focus on building long-term partnerships, she works closely with institutions, organizations, and community stakeholders to create collaborative opportunities that align with CHD London’s mission and values. Passionate about education and outreach, she brings a relationship-centred approach to everything she does—whether that’s launching a new partnership, guiding students through their decision-making process, or representing the CHD at events.

Barjis Nigar
Operations Coordinator
Barjis Nigar is the Operations Coordinator at the Centre for human Development, London (CHD London,) overseeing the smooth coordination of accredited training programmes, learner onboarding, tutor coordination, and compliance systems. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and learner support, Barjis ensures day-to-day operations align with the company’s mission to deliver impactful, inclusive, and job-ready education.
Barjis has a master’s degree in education and psychology.

Ami is experienced in legal writing, case analysis, and academic research, and is driven by a commitment to justice, clarity, and meaningful legal reform.

Kateryna Khrimli
Caseworker
Kateryna is a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal with a strong background in legal casework. She brings hands-on experience in supporting our legal advisers, managers and clients through case preparation. Known for her professionalism and client-centred approach, Kateryna has assisted with a wide range of matters.
Her role includes drafting documents, liaising with clients, coordinating events and ensuring full compliance.
