Job Summary:
The Engagement Officer is responsible for learner & student enrolment and recruitment efforts. The Officer will focus on promoting and marketing the organisation’s programs, courses, and educational offerings to prospective students and learners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to identify and connect with potential learners, including corporate trainees, adult learners, career change seekers, community college students and transfer students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community college counselors, schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
- Organize and participate in college fairs, recruitment events, and information sessions to promote our organisation and our programmes.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the organisation’s programmes, admission requirements, financial aid options, and student support services to prospective learners.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, and virtual platforms, to engage with prospective learners and provide ongoing support throughout the enrolment process.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing platforms, and other sales tools to manage leads, track recruitment activities, and generate reports.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies for student recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or education, is preferred.
Salary:
This is a part-time position for £12/hour (10hours/week).

Position: Immigration Law Tutor – OISC Level 1

We are seeking a friendly and professional Programme Coordinator to join the team and oversee the day-to-day activities of a new and exciting programme. You will be developing and maintaining relationships with a range of people, alongside taking ownership of their new framework.
What you’ll be doing:
- Adding candidates to course shortlists and replying to enquiries
- Managing and coordinating events (i.e. booking venues/hosting sessions, liaising with tutors, trainers, candidates etc.)
- End-to-end support for members of the programme
- Complete ownership of a portfolio and evaluation of programmes
- Identify innovative ideas for programme development.
- Ensure an excellent service is provided to all contacts of the business.
- Volunteer recruitment and support.
- Basic marketing and social media skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

We provide business mentoring support to women who want to start their businesses. We also provide various training programmes including digital marketing, start-up scaling-up training, immigration support and the like.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will build effective relationships with local businesses for procuring leftover stock for our online store and grow our membership of women entrepreneurs.
You will work in a range of targeted local businesses in the West London area, meeting and networking in order to strengthen the partnership and procuring products at discounted rates.
We are looking for an individual who is educated to Degree level (or equivalent) and who has relevant experience of working within both corporate and charity sectors. You will need to have excellent speaking and presentation skills and a creative approach to developing and delivering engaging relationships.
Able to build effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders including businesses and women entrepreneurs, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
It is also essential that you can relate to women entrepreneurs from a variety of backgrounds and have experience in managing or mentoring them.
This role is primarily based at home however you will be required to travel to or work from any of the West London sites particularly the London Borough of Hounslow.
The duties of the Business Development Manager include:
- Identifying potential local businesses and new products
- Contacting a range of local businesses to obtain the discounted price
- Agreeing delivery times.
- Keeping detailed records and maintaining well‐organised work schedules
- Dealing effectively with challenges with local businesses and the flow of materials
- Updating online store with the agreed products from businesses.
